- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst bank ever! Staff is unfriendly, unknowledgeable and doesn't adhere to BANK BUSINESS HOURS. The bank closes at 2pm on Saturdays but they close their doors ten minutes prior. I was experiencing difficulties with the Full Service ATM and a Teller told me "Download the App". It doesn't make sense if I'm physically there at the branch and your'e supposedly working "on-the-clock". Please avoid this CITIBANK LOCATION, by far the worst service!By Arita Sankar, March 28, 2018
