  Worst service I have ever had in my life.I had corresponded with Jamaica branch.In the beginning it seems good as they are expert of manipulating others by their sweet words and smartness .They took money for 4 tickets 2 months ago and gave copies of tickets after that they called us and changed it in different airlines 3 times!Before 2 days of our flight when we called the airline they didn't have any information of us.We called the agent she said the flight has been cancelled and she will let us know before office closes for weekend but she didn't call back and we queried the airline with the boing number and came to know that the flight was not cancelled! At last we had to fight for our tickets by visiting their office in the last moment then she confirmed tickets in another airline !!! More over she behaved so badly as we Clarified the issue.Same thing happened in my cousin and uncleIe's case.Before taking money they will be nice but when the money is in their pocket they will start the real game of kicking you from here and there and they have ready answers for ignorant people.I wonder how this type of agency get license to run their business in US!!!
