  Four Seasons Property Management is currently managing the condo building that I live in and should be given negative one star. Incompetence at its finest! This is a very small inexperienced local "mom and pop no frills" feel type of company. The fees imposed from this company are frivolous and trust me, there are MANY! This company is basically non-responsive. There is no streamlining to any concerns, requests, follow-ups, etc. I'd love to know how many properties Four Seasons is actually managing or how many buildings have terminated them already. The owner brings nothing to the table and is a waste. Might I add, there was a Yelp review posted about this company a few months ago and mysteriously deleted. It was a negative review posted by a furious unit owner. No wonder why it was deleted. I can't imagine any sane person recommending Four Seasons unless it was Hannibal Lecter!
