I've noticed over the years how service has dramatically worsened: - Teller kept us waiting because she was organizing her hair. - Employees looked tired. New ones seemed engaged. - We had an appointment and we were kept waiting an hour. When we were finally attended, the representative told us "Why didn't you get another employee to help?" She was extremely annoyed. Our experience was like that of a New York City Welfare Office.
