  This is the worst bank in history of banking. They are so slow at this location, these tellers will have a line of people waiting with four tellers behind the window & only one teller taking the customers. The rest will be sitting there doing a whole bunch of other bs on their computer. Any bank I've ever encountered dealings with never handled customers in this manor. The appropriate thing to do is to attend to the customers who are waiting then get back to what you are doing on your computer that's why they created drop screens so you can do more than one task on your computer then get back to what you are doing. The teller who sits in the far corner by the western union area is very courteous & helpful I must say. For this bank to be operating for 65 yrs they have many limitations. They have no temporary replacement cards & when they say 7-14 days for delivery of a new one they mean exactly that 14th day no time sooner sometimes even longer. At some point you even have to start paying for replacement cards maybe after your second or third. They don't have 24hr customer service if your card is lost in the middle of the night you're pretty much out of luck until they open up the next morning you just better pray nobody finds it & uses it that would end up being a whole other process that would take fairly longer than any other bank. This bank doesn't even offer any type of personal loans for the customers how can they have been operating all these years & unable to fulfill these need to their customers. Your withdrawal limit for the day is a measly $500.00. Ever since the branch manager Edward left this location has went downhill even more than before. Ive never experienced such poor customer service in a financial institution I'm currently obligated to bank here but my main goal right now is to pay Chase bank off & get the hell out of here!!!!! ASAP. One star is even too much to rate this branch.
