  The machines in the bank don't accept money to deposit and you have to stand in the line waiting for 30 minutes or more.It is always busy there and they have 2 counters open they used to have 4 before and they decided to close two and since then people have to wait forever to deposit their own damn money ! The staff is always limited may it be holidays or rush hours it doesn't matter to them. I made a mistake of making a business account there and the lady messed everything up cuz she was busy talking and not paying attention to what she was doing on the computer. She messed up my address and she gave me a card option that according to her existed but later on I found out that Chase doesn't offer that card. I never received my business debit card nor did I get a call to pick it up. I will not even bother to go anyways. Citi Bank it is!
