- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Currently a tenant, they currently have no live in super in the building, gave me an apartment, despite the price that was in subpar conditions, want all repair requests to be mailed as well as rent checks, and are never available at least monthly in the building. The building next door has sewage issues and are draining it onto the street in turn flows in front of our building creating a stench. This has been over two weeks and no end in sight. Currently have repairs pending since i moved in on October that haven't been completed. If you're looking at a company to take care of your business as well as your tenants, don't look at these guys.By Miguel Vizuete, September 13, 2017
