  Poor transition from this company to another. All forms forwarded to them showing replacement and signed proof of a new insurance. This new insurance company discontinues the policy effective of the date of the new policy in this situation. Apparently not NBL; you MUST cancel yourself regardless of forms submitted. Signed forms showing proof of replacement isn't good enough. But canceling your policy over the phone with an address, phone number and last 4 of your social is good enough. No signature or written request...
