- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service is non-existent. I lost my bag on a flight departing from Morrocco. It's been over 2 months and there has been no response after opening numerous claims. No compensation and no reassurance that it has been looked for. It's not worth the stress that you will end up going through if your luggage gets lost. Every other airline usually finds and returns the luggage to you within 24-48 hours. They take at least 2-3 months to respond. Oh, and their automatic response to a lost luggage claim is that they will get to it within 30 days! In short, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE.By Josh Holzer, April 13, 2017
