Waited for two hours in the afternoon before I saw a representative. Most other locations would have you in and out. EDIT: downgraded from 2 to 1. Discovered that there was an error in a transaction that was caused by this branch. If you bank with TD, do your banking at any branch but this one.

Went to deposit my tax refund check, the teller took the check to put it into my account. I know it may take a few days to go into my account after a week I didn’t see it. I went back to see what happen, the manager said the teller did not deposit it but put it with other checks to be destroy as if it was deposited. This was probably the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a bank. I took it up corporate and they took action.
